Issue 112 of Blocks magazine takes a look back ten years – TEN YEARS! – to the release of The LEGO Movie, and if that doesn’t make you feel old, nothing will. As always, the issue is packed with the latest LEGO news and insight, and it’s out 1st February.

Blocks magazine Issue 112 is celebrating the 10th anniversary of The LEGO Movie with a special issue packed with awesome! Inside you’ll find exclusive mini builds, all-new interviews and reflections on the film’s impact.

Issue 112 is available worldwide as part of a subscription or a single issue at blocksmag.com now and will be in UK stores from February 1.

We’re giving away 10327 Dune Atreides Royal Ornithopter! To be in with a chance of winning, take out a subscription before March 6, 2024. You’ll be entered into a new draw every month for the duration of your subscription!

In Issue 112, LEGO Head of Design Matthew Ashton and Design Director Michael Fuller look back on one of the most unique experiences of their careers. They share new stories about taking the brick to the big screen for the first time in The LEGO Movie – revealing how they built Metalbeard, who was passing spaceships to Will Ferrell and the name of the original villain.

To complement the extended interview feature there are instructions for building mini versions of Emmet’s Construct-o-Mech and Metalbeard’s Sea Cow, a retrospective assessing The LEGO Movie 10 years on and the top 10 sets from The LEGO Movie (and its sequels).

Movie releases never stop and one of this year’s biggest is Dune: Part Two. To mark the release of the epic sequel, Design Master Mike Psiaki introduces the detailed new LEGO Icons set based on the first film – 10327 Dune Atreides Royal Ornithopter. If gaming is more your speed, then you can hear from the LEGO Group and Epic Games about what their plans are for LEGO Fortnite.

It’s almost February 14, so love is in the air – and if you’re planning the big day with special someone then you can get tips on incorporating LEGO bricks into your wedding day, in subtle ways and in not-so-subtle ways. Blocks has tracked down couples who have combined their wedding with LEGO bricks in fun and unique ways!

That’s just a taste of what’s in Blocks magazine Issue 112 – this month’s 116 pages also contain the latest from LEGO House, the story of Godtfred Kirk Christiansen’s road trip, amazing MOCs built with exactly 101 parts and much more.
