With the new show described as ‘The Mandalorian 2.5‘, the similarities in tone between the hit show and this December’s The Book of Boba Fett seem clear, and Fennec Shand actress Ming-Na Wen touched on that and the dynamic between Fennec and Boba, a very different relationship that that between Din Djarin and Grogu.
“Probably there will be some similarities. Tonally, you know, Mando is very much a loner except for his relationship with Grogu, so just the dynamic that there’s now a team of between Boba and Fennec. I think that already creates a different quality for the show. Yeah, that’s about all I can say.”
