Straight from the fathiers mouth, via author Sariah Wilson and out into the universe comes a very clear statement via Rian Johnson; despite nary a hint of it during the recent Disney Investors Day and no word for many months, his Star Wars trilogy is still very much on. No word on when it will begin production (his services are in high demand) and no details on story, era or cast, but unless Wilson has got her wires epically crossed, the director of The Last Jedi has stated that will be back in the GFFA sometime in the future for a new trilogy of films.
