Watch this hugely impressive video as HeroTech show us the construction of a working, pop-up lightsaber, from surveying the KR sabers hilt and figuring out how everything will fit inside, to working out the electronics and testing to the eventual switch on as this brilliant project comes to life.

My latest Star Wars retractable lightsaber, featuring a replica Graflex hilt and newly designed internals! It feels even more like a real lightsaber now 🙂 With The Empire Strikes Back detailing, this is probably the most realistic lightsaber out there. Project files are linked below!
