If you’re coming up, across or down to Birmingham this weekend for MCM Birmingham Comic Con at the NEC, you will most likely want to grab a copy of Anthony Daniels memoirs I Am C-3PO to get signed. Remember, if you bring a copy of the book he will sign it for free (other autographs are £60.00) and Forbidden Planet are there at the show with copies of the book for sale.
Anthony would like to invite fans to celebrate with him the recent launch of his book ‘I Am C-3PO: The Inside Story’- a memoir of his and the character’s cinematic journey and an inside look at an unmatched movie saga.
The book spans decades, from the first time Daniels saw an early concept sketch of the droid who would dominate his professional life through to his last days on the set of the upcoming Star Wars : The Rise of Skywalker.
Anthony will sign dedicated copies of the book (one per person) for no charge at the event. The book can be purchased on the day from Forbidden Planet or fans may bring their own pre-purchased copy.
Fans can also bring their own Memorabilia along to the event, or choose a photograph to be autographed by Anthony, for a charge of £60 per item.
