Forever scarred by his defeat on Mustafar, Vader was transformed into a cybernetically-enhanced Sith Lord. At the dawn of the Empire, Vader led the Empire’s eradication of the Jedi Order and the search for survivors. He remained in service of Emperor Palpatine™ for decades, enforcing his Master’s will and seeking to crush the Rebel Alliance and other detractors.
This helmet is designed to fit a wide range of head sizes, with a multiple pad system that can be independently placed for a custom fit and is washable. Helmet fits up to a size 7.5 US hat size.
This helmet was meticulously recreated using details referenced from STAR WARS: THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK including archival helmets and photography, which were then 3D scanned.
Helmet features a striking two-tone paint scheme in gloss black and gunmetal.
Constructed from durable fiberglass. The tusks on the face mask are made of turned aluminum. The lenses are gray tinted bubbles.
The interior is complete with a breathable 3 layer mesh and a lining inside the face mask for comfort.
The dome securely locks onto the face mask with a key locking mechanism, ensuring perfect alignment every time.
Details added to the Face Mask include vents and expanders that are concealed by the dome when worn.
