It has the warning on the front and back of the card both as a sticker and printed directly on the card.
Also, the PN number has been changed from PN00043461 to PN00043550 with three possible variants printed PN00043461 and both sticked and printed PN00043550. So plenty to chase down for uber completists and variant hounds.
