Toy Association Playdate LEGO event reveals bricktastic Star Wars sets

Well, you came to the right place as yesterdays Toy Association Playdate in New York gave visitors the chance to see all manner of sets including a trio from the Star Wars galaxy.

NEW YORK, March 8, 2023 — From fandom universes to beloved iconic LEGO® sets inspiring creativity and play, the LEGO Group showcases a multitude of its new 2023 play experiences at the Play Date event hosted by the Toy Association and Toy Insider. On display will be a variety of passion-inspired toys that will encourage the builders of tomorrow to ignite their creative confidence.

In celebration of a new season of The Mandalorian™, which streams exclusively on Disney+, the LEGO Group reveals two new sets inspired by the most recent episodes of the series. Fans can dive into building out LEGO Star Wars™ Pirate Snub Fighter and LEGO Star Wars™ The Mandalorian’ s N-1 Starfighter™ Microfighter, allowing for endless play opportunities to travel deeper into the galaxy far, far away.

Continuing the momentum of the LEGO Star Wars™ Helmet building sets, fans will appreciate a beautiful replica of the bounty hunter helmet worn by Princess Leia as a disguise to enter Jabba the Hutt’s palace in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.
