Heads up Chicago fans, C2E2 will be welcoming to the McCormick Place the big deal that is John Boyega on 12th and 13th April 2025 for autographs, photographs and more, and he’ll be joining fellow Lucasfilm stars John Rhys Davies and Phil Lamarr along with artist Karen Hallion at this always jam-packed event.

John Boyega is a British actor, known for playing Finn in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens (2015). Boyega rose to prominence in his native United Kingdom for his role of Moses in the 2011 sci-fi comedy film Attack the Block (2011), before attaining international recognition for his work as Finn in the seventh film of the Star Wars series.

Other credits include historical fiction drama film Half of a Yellow Sun (2013), four episodes of the television series 24: Live Another Day (2014), and the drama films Imperial Dreams (2014), The Circle (2017), and Detroit (2017).

With Boyega at Tokyo Comic Con and now C2E2 just a week before Celebration Japan is that a good sign he’ll be there, or an indicator that he won’t? Hopefully we’ll find out soon, with the 10th anniversary of The Force Awakens next year and ‘imminent’ news on the Rey film coming, maybe the stars are aligning for some exciting news.
