Galaxy’s Edge Food Menu Items Change Names… Again

After changing to non-universe naming on it’s food menus, then re-instating in-universe food menus – Disney Parks have now released menu’s using a combination of both naming conventions.

Disney made the first change to eliminate the use of in-universe animal names for the meat served at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, replacing them with the more familiar Earth names. Disneyland had kept the original names, but a new menu now at both resorts uses a combination of in-universe and traditional Earth names.

Here are the changes from the original Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo entree names:

Yobshrimp Noodle Salad remains the same

Smoked Kaadu Ribs has become Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs

Fried Endorian Tip-yip has become Endorian Fried Chicken Tip-Yip

Roasted Endorian Tip-yip Salad has become Endorian Roasted Chicken Salad

Braised Shaak Roast has become Batuuan Beef Pot Roast

Felucian Garden Spread has become Felucian Kefta & Hummus Garden Spread
