Ian McDiarmid on future Palpatine appearances: “You will certainly feel my presence”

With Obi-Wan Kenobi just a few weeks away, and Andor later in the year, the near two decades between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope continues to be explored. An era of unimaginable Imperial expansion, these are the years when the Emperor’s reign was unchallenged and seemingly impervious to attack, and speaking at last weekends Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention in Nashville, Ian McDiarmid had this to say about any potential future appearances by Darth Sidious.

“There’s a certain show coming soon set right around the time I may have considered to be very active. Whether or not you will see my physical body, I cannot comment on. But you will certainly feel my presence”
