In its 40th anniversary year it’s fitting that the greatest film of them all (that’s The Empire Strikes Back in case you didn’t get the memo) has received much love. While Empire didn’t get the birthday bash that Celebration Anaheim would have undoubtedly thrown for it, the movie has enjoyed somewhat of a cinematic revival, entering the charts on both sides of the Atlantic and now The Prince Charles Cinema in central London are bringing Empire back to one of the coolest screens in the UK.

STAR WARS EPISODE V : THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK
Showing Daily from Friday 6th November

In an effort to help keep cinema exhibition alive, the good folks at Disney have Re-Released THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK*, just in time for its 40th Anniversary!

Don’t miss probably the greatest Star Wars film ever, on the big screen at the PCC for the first time in recent memory, if not ever? (If you know otherwise let us know!)

The epic saga continues as Luke Skywalker, in hopes of defeating the evil Galactic Empire, learns the ways of the Jedi from aging master Yoda. But Darth Vader is more determined than ever to capture Luke. Meanwhile, rebel leader Princess Leia, cocky Han Solo, Chewbacca, and droids C-3PO and R2-D2 are thrown into various stages of capture, betrayal and despair.

Get your tickets today and help us show that Star Wars deserves to be a mainstay in our repertory film programme. Help us PCC email subscriber, you are our only hope!

MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!
* This will of course be presented from the Special Edition version, as the original Theatrical Version is still locked away somewhere that only George Lucas knows about…

PLEASE ONLY LEAVE A TWO SEAT GAP WHEN BOOKING!
We are operating a only 25% capacity and leaving big gaps not only hurts us financially in a really tough time, but it also deprives other people of the ability to see all these great films on the big screen!
