On Wednesday 14th July 1999, the long wait for the arrival on UK shores of The Phantom Menace finally ended as the movie premiered on Leicester Square in front of a throng of excited fans. Our regular questioner on Making Tracks Mr Skyhawker posted this to YouTube, a look back at the UK premiere at the tail end of the last century.
