Jez Allinson – AKA The Running Stormtrooper – is genuinely one of the nicest guys in the Star Wars community. There’s few people who have given so much of themselves to raise money for charity – SO much money,  £5335 in 2016 and  £13,376 in 2017 – and now he is back for 2018 with another crazy project.

Here’s Jez with all the info.

My Running Stormtrooper Project has been going since 2016 and has now entered the 3rd and final chapter of this crazy trilogy: The Last Stormtrooper Run….

I run for fun, health and general wellbeing. I am also a huge Star Wars fan/geek/nerd call it what you want 🙂

In 2016 I decided to combine these 2 different elements of my life and become the Running Stormtrooper to raise some money for the Make A Wish charity.

I had no idea that the Running Stormtrooper would still be running in 2018 and no idea that my alter ego would be in the 2018 Guinness World Record Annual!

In 2018 the Running Stormtrooper will once again be taking on the London Marathon where i’ll be up against Darth Vader for the Guinness World Record. Darth is very likely to beat me but seeing as he is also a charity runner, fair play to him. However, the main event, the really big one will be on May the 17th when I will attempt to run 100Km in the Stormtrooper armour! Yes you read it right, 100 km!! See my short promo here: https://youtu.be/exD7ZopLd1g

One hundred kilometres in armour in one day will test me to the absolute limits!

I desperately need your support, therefore please would you be kind enough to visit the charity donation page.
