As a former Sith Lord who ended his corporeal existance on a funeral pyre he should be well acquainted with ashes, but even the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader couldn’t expect to be escorted from The Ashes. That’s what happened today during the 4th day of the first test at Edgbaston, and while it might not have been Vader’s Fist the 501st leading him away but rather a gaggle of gentlemen in hi-viz shirts, we all felt his presense (despite not taking any Wickets)*.

*PSA: We make no apologies for the Dad jokes, especially on Father’s Day.
