Babu Frik: Was his workshop inspired by the classic Gameboy?

One of the coolest additions to the cast of the Star Wars galaxy in The Rise of Skywalker was Babu Frik, a character who lit up the screen every time he was on it and someone we definitely need to see more of.

Concept designer Matthew Savage gives us a look inside Babu’s workshop during the design stage, and reveals an interesting, real-world inspiration.
