Special effects make-up artist and designer Nick Malley poses next to a mysterious creature called a Nogard, which in another life would be instantly familiar to Star Wars fans, had the beast been included in The Empire Strikes Back. It wasn’t, so here’s a look at an animal that has remained illusively hidden just out of shot for over 40 years.
