Our friends over at makingstarwars.net have posted a promising rumour with regards to the live-action TV series that we are all eagerly awaiting

We have it on good authority that the live-action Star Wars television series begins filming next week and now we can share with you some exciting photos from one of the filming locations. We will not be disclosing the exact location out of respect for the production. In addition to the location in these photos, we have also learned that some filming will take place in a costal area, so water and or beaches may come into play.

The live-action show is rumored to be about Mandalorians after the fall of the Empire and the series will involve familiar locations to Star Wars fans like Mandalore and Tatooine. The story will take place seven years after Return of the Jedi. This new series, which will premier on Disney’s direct to consumer streaming service, will be the first live-action television for Star Wars and is being written and produced by Jon Favreau.

Head on over to read the full article and see some more of the location shots
