Kelly Marie Tran Joins Elizabeth Olsen Facebook Series

Kelly Marie Tran, who played Rose Tico in The Last Jedi has picked up her next role:

The 29-year-old actress has been cast in Facebook Watch’s upcoming series Sorry for Your Loss, starring Elizabeth Olsen. The 10-episode dark comedy centers on the life of young window Leigh Gibbs (Olsen) as she deals with the grief of losing her husband while re-engaging with relationships from her past.

Tran will star as Leigh’s younger sister, Jules, who is described as the most fun girl at a party, and the hardest to live with. In the face of her brother-in-law’s death, Jules is not only fighting day-by-day to maintain her sobriety, but also struggling to evolve out of the role of the well-meaning disaster in her family.
