My latest article over at The Metro takes a look at why The Last Jedi is important for Luke Skywalker, arguably his most vital story so far.

We’re now only a few short weeks away from the release of The Last Jedi and anticipation is higher than ever as the film approaches.

The movie is obviously of huge importance for Lucasfilm and Disney, but it’s also a big deal for the fans. Will there be answers to the many questions that The Force Awakens raised, or will the audience leave with even more questions? One aspect that fans will want resolved is the issue of the many theories and thoughts surrounding Luke Skywalker.
