The relationship between Luke Skywalker and Han Solo began on Tatooine as Obi-Wan Kenobi negotiated a fee to avoid the eyes of the Empire and journey to Alderaan, and as their adventures continued through the Battle of Yavin and on to Hoth, Endor and beyond a firm friendship was formed (even when Han married Luke’s sister).
