Breaking the record for the most trailer views in a 24 hour period with 718 million views (blowing out of the water the previous champ Deadpool and Wolverine which had 365 million in the same timeframe), Spider-Man: Brand New Day (directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers) will be with us on 31st July, and a closer look at the fun trailer reveals a familiar face – Eman Esfandi, our very own Ezra Bridger who appears as MJ’s new (although remember, this is set four years after the previous film No Way Home) or perhaps long-term boyfriend, seen kissing her in the trailer.
