Filming continues for Star Wars: Andor on the seafront at Cleveley Promenade as images from the set flow around the internet. With shooting taking in such a public location it’s difficult to completely govern a set that’s filming in such an accessible place.

The local press were all over this, clearly proud that the galaxy far, far away came to the west coast to film. Visit Cleveleys have an ongoing piece covering the filming, and a series of videos to accompany that coverage.

Friend of the site Nigel Yong-Ching has compiled a selection of images taken by locals and visitors, showing the star of the show Diego Luna as Cassian Andor, palm trees, greenscreens and all.

Streetrogue photography have a video compiling images of the man himself.

From our good pal Suzi Stelling came these images of what could be arcade machines, food trucks, who knows, but they were also shot on the beachfront at Cleveleys.

Finally a brief clip from our man on the ground, Star Wars Fan Fun Day organiser Neil Livesey.

Stay tuned, there’s sure to be more cool images coming from the set as interest escalates for what’s sure to be a fascinating series.
