Masny folks might not realise Jabba the Hutt had a kid – or that he’s one of the stars of The Mandalorian and Grogu – but as fans across the galaxy are quickly learning, Rotta the Hutt certainly isn’t anything like his father, and in this clip from The Clone Wars movie back in 2008 we see Rotta as a Huttlet in the safe hands of Ahsoka and Anakin as they evade Separatist attacks to get him back to Tatooine and his Dad.

While Obi-Wan distracts Ventress with a Lightsaber duel, Anakin and Ahsoka take a stolen ship and attempt to bring baby Rotta to a Jedi cruiser for medical attention. But with Dooku’s men hot on their trail, Anakin and Ahsoka change plans and decide to take their stolen ship to return the baby Hutt to Jabba.
