Sad news arrives as one of the original Tusken Raiders from A New Hope has passed away. Alan Fernandes passed on Friday 17th November – Life Day – and leaves behind numerous friends in the fandom who were quick to give tribute to a much-respected member of the Star Wars family.

We had the good fortune to welcome Alan to the Star Wars Stage at London Film and Comic Con 2019, a fascinating chat where he discussed his time in the Star Wars galaxy and much more besides on Making Tracks.
