Pulse Books has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Kenner Wars, a reference work documenting the Star Wars toy line manufactured by Kenner from 1978 to 1985. The 2026 edition has undergone a redesign, featuring a new cover, an updated interior layout, and a modified price point compared to previous versions.
The campaign offers a Collector’s Edition tier that includes the main volume and a companion book titled May the Toys Be With You. This companion volume consists of nearly 100 pages of vintage advertisements sourced from international newspapers, retail stores, and distributor catalogs. These materials were curated and annotated by Ron Salvatore and Jean-François Rolland.
