New York, NY— April 12, 2021 — Known for his work on hit titles such as Astonishing X-Men and Star Wars, acclaimed artist John Cassaday will return to a galaxy far, far away this June with a stunning set of variant covers spotlighting the franchise’s most legendary bounty hunters. This connecting piece will grace the covers of all five issues of STAR WARS: WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS, the upcoming limited series by Charles Soule and Luke Ross that will serve as the centerpiece of the highly-anticipated WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS crossover event.
Cassaday’s covers feature the infamous lineup of bounty hunters first seen being recruited by Darth Vader to track down Han Solo in The Empire Strikes Back. In addition to Boba Fett, fans can check out Dengar, IG-88, Bossk, 4-LOM, and Zuckuss as they ready themselves for a second chance now that Boba has let his prize slip away.
