Star Wars Visions triumphs at the ANNIE Awards

Congratulations to the teams behind Screechers Reach and Aau’s Song, the two episodes of Star Wars Visions that took home awards at last weekends Annie Awards. Screechers Reach director Paul Young won best director while Aau’s Song won Best Music – TV/Media.

Paul Young and Cartoon Saloon won Best Direction – TV/Media for “Screecher’s Reach,” which follows the gifted Daal as she travels to the mysterious Screecher’s Reach to face her destiny.

In addition, Markus Wormstorm, Nadia Darries, Dineo Du Toit, and Trigger Fish Animation Studios won Best Music – TV/Media for the short “Aau’s Song.” “Aau’s Song” centers around the young Aau, who connects with the Force through music.

Huge congratulations to all involved for bringing home more gold for the saga, and be sure to check out season 2 of Visions right now on Disney Plus.
