Over the last week, among our most popular articles have been those looking at the Marco El Mundo Colecccionalo figures, which have recently come into The Entertainer branches across the UK, from Spain and Italy.

We’ve had a number of emails come into the site asking for more information on the history of these figures, so here’s what we know.

From what we can tell, it was a magazine/ newspaper subscription similar to the DeAgostini format and was originally available in Italy and later Spain.

Only the first three – Yoda, C-3PO and Darth Vader – came with the backing cards/sheet in both Spanish and Italian.

If we get any more info we will be sure to bring it to you.
