What is it about Star Wars that so many worlds are desert planets, but equally so many characters aren’t fond of sand. Anakin made that clear in Attack of the Clones, Luke was equally tired of his adopted home and now Oscar Isaac makes clear just how much he dislikes finely divided rock and mineral particles in this behind the scenes clip from The Rise of Skywalker.

“For me it was the most fun I’ve had, but it’s a bit challenging because they’d have fans as well, so you just have all this sand getting into your eyes. I would go home after some days and just tons of sand would be pouring out of my hair.”

There’s plenty more in the video to chew over, so enjoy.
