While smartly answering (while not really answering) the direct question of how she felt about directing a Star Wars film, Bryce Dallas Howard did make it clear that the opportunity to expand her already super strong Star Wars CV which already encompasses episodes of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett with a big screen adventure would be of great interest.

“Oh, my goodness. Well, you know, I absolutely love directing. And I hope to be able to direct many, many features in my future. That would be absolutely wonderful, and I have to say, just getting to work in the Star Wars universe, especially being led by [executive producers] Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, has been one of the greatest joys of my life.”

We tuck into this topic on this weeks 137th episode of Making Tracks which lands Tuesday 17th May at 7.00pm UK time.
