It’s a very good speech indeed, an encouraging moment between two rebels as both risk their lives and also an immediate indication that this is indeed a year after we last saw cassian at the end of Andor season one, when he told Luthen to take him in or kill him. Luthen took him in, trained him, set him to work and this quiet moment at the very start of season two is the resault of that work. Here, Diego Luna digs into Cassian’s big speech, a character not known for such verbal displays.
