James Arnold Taylor talks Plo Koon: “I would love it if they brought him back”

While the chances of the Kel Dor Jedi Master Plo Koon surviving his death over Cato Neimoidia would appear to be slim, that hasn’t stopped the voice of the Jedi Master James Arnold Taylor calling for a return of the character. While he mirrors Samuel L. Jackson in believing his character could survive their apparent demise in Revenge of the Sith, he’s more enthused by the thought of further exploring the training of Ahsoka under the tutelage of Master Plo, with his Clone Wars compatriot Ashley Eckstein providing the voice of Ahsoka.

“I always say if Darth Maul can survive Obi-Wan Kenobi cutting him in half, then Plo Koon could survive Order 66. I would love it if they brought him back, but I would be really thrilled if we were able to extend what they did in the last series with Ahsoka and Plo.

I’d love a whole mini-series of when she was little, and him training her as a Jedi. I know that Ashely is an amazing actress and she could voice little Ahsoka, and she could voice midsize Ahsoka, and then full grown Ahsoka, because we’ve seen all that. I would love to see their arc told more. I want to know what happened there.”
