It’s a positive phrase that says nothing and everything all at once, but just as his 2010 body horror Clown finally gets a release while Tom Holland films the first Spider-Man film without him at the helm, Jon Watts is asked about his future in the GFFA after the wonderfully vibrant first season of Skeleton Crew.

Variety: Do you expect to make more “Skeleton Crew”?

Jon Watts: I mean, I love “Star Wars.” I’d love to do anything in the “Star Wars” universe and I think we set it up in a way where the story can continue in a lot of interesting ways.

Succinct and very much to the point, as Watts clearly sees future stories for the kids of At-Attin. A year ago we caught up with the cast on Trafalgar Square and spoke with Jon Watts, Chris Ford and Nick Frost, which you can watch and listen to below.
