The Propstore Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction takes place in Los Angeles on 25th – 27th March, and among the incredible array of items up for auction is this lightsaber from 2015’s The Force Awakens, and Brandon Alinger from Propstore and Adam Savage from Tested take a closer look at how this icon of cinema was recreated for the first sequel trilogy entry.

Adam and Propstore’s Brandon Alinger examine two props from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, including one of the hero Luke lightsabers created for the film. They take a close look at the components used to rebuild this iconic prop for the sequel trilogy, which look to include many of the original found parts that were kitbashed to make the original!

Stay tuned to Fantha Tracks Radio on Tuesday as I sit down with Brandon Alinger and SFX pioneer, ILM veteran and Academy Award winner Stuart Ziff to discuss Stuarts items in the auction.
