Ewan McGregor braves the shave for Macmillan cancer

For an actor to shave their head for a role is nothing unusual but to do it purely to raise awareness for a cause – in this case helping Macmillan cancer – is certainly worth praising. Here, Ewan McGregor goes back to his roots (literally) and gives us a glimpse of what a 54 year old Mark Renton would look like, all for the best possible cause.
