Supplies for this project:

14-inch poster tube with plastic end caps
Tape
Cardstock
4 pen caps
8 plastic bottle lids
4 straws
1 highlighter pen top
Low-heat glue gun
Newspaper cut into strips
White glue
1 bowl
White, black, red, and yellow paint
1 paintbrush
