Solo: A Star Wars Story tops the UK Blu-Ray and DVD charts

If ever there was a film that deserves a second chance it’s Solo: A Star Wars Story. While falling short on its cinematic box office journey, the film is making strong headway on home video, where not only are there store reports coming in from all over the world of empty shelves and sold out displays but in the UK the film has hit number one on the Blu-Ray sales charts.

Solo has also taken the top spot in the DVD chart, making it a banner week for the galaxy’s favourite smuggler.
