The process of pulling together the design and flow of a film is a long and circuitous one, especially if the film in question is a Star Wars epic. With the release of The Art of The Rise of Skywalker, a slew of new and fascinating images have been revealed to the public, and the concept artists behind the film also reveal information and drawings as we delve into roads untaken. Here, Adam Brockbank shows us a concept image of Rey looking at a very familiar (albeit rather small) vehicle from A New Hope.

Just to reiterate, this doesn’t mean this was a scene cut from the script or the film, just that at some point, the artist presented this as a concept the writers and director may want to consider.
