Of all the films in movie history, you could confidently argue that Star Wars: A New Hope is the most honest, treasured piece of celluloid in extstance and as such, a miniscule amount could be improved. That said, this fan made reimagining of the iconic lightsaber battle between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi – while not designed to fit into the stylistic and artistic flow of Episode IV – works as a standalone piece of action, showcasing the skills and powers of Vader and Kenobi in a way that the cinematic technology of 1977 never could.

“Scene 38 ReImagined” is about the final confrontation between Ben Kenobi & Darth Vader in “A New Hope” nearly 20 years after the events of “Revenge Of The Sith.” This is a one-off story driven scene reflecting the characters in its chronological order from the point of Revenge of the Sith through Rebels, Rogue One, and all canon material leading to A New Hope.

VFX Supervisor – Christopher Clements

Director, Cast & Crew info coming soon along with BTS.
