Hot on the heels of Taschen’s recent announcement of their oversized Marvel Star Wars omnibus, Lucasfilm fans have another reason to celebrate. Penguin Random House has officially announced the upcoming release of two hardcover volumes collecting Marvel’s long out of print classic “Indiana Jones: The Further Adventures“ comic stories.
“Marvel unveils ‘Indiana Jones: The Further Adventures Book I’ and ‘Indiana Jones: The Further Adventures Book II,’ new hardcovers collecting the character’s beloved 1980s Marvel Comics sagas, available this September.
Presented in leatherette binding with debossed cover designs and featuring ribbon bookmarks, these deluxe hardcovers include the comic adaptations of ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark,’ ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom,’ and ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,’ as well as the entire run of ‘The Further Adventures of Indiana Jones.’”
Scheduled to hit bookshelves on September 29, 2026, these premium collections offer a substantial dive into Indy’s expanded comic history. The first volume will contain 528 pages, followed closely by the second volume at 512 pages. Both hardcovers are priced at $75 each.
While pre-orders are not yet live, Penguin Random House has confirmed that the titles will be widely available through major retailers.
