Over at StarWars.com, our good buddy James Floyd catches up with Timothy Zahn to discuss the finer points of the recently released Thrawn: Alliances. Beware, here be spoilers.

Thrawn: Alliances was released in July, and fans have devoured Timothy Zahn’s novel, shooting it to the top of the New York Times bestseller list.

Since it has been out for a while, StarWars.com decided to dive deeper into the interactions between Darth Vader and Thrawn as they head back to Batuu, the world where they first met each other while Anakin was on a personal mission during the Clone Wars.

We called up Timothy Zahn, in between stops on his busy summer convention schedule, to talk Thrawn: Alliances in detail.
