With the Disney Parks gearing up for Halloween, we take a in-hand look at R5-Z0MB – this year’s Disney Parks Halloween themed Droid Factory astromech.

This year’s droid features pale green, red and white colours inspired by the decaying features of a zombie. The sculpt of the R5 type dome has been modified to feature a damaged cranium, exposing the inside of the droid dome.

The bio on the card back reveals this droid can be found wandering the bleak swamps of Corvax Fen on the planet Mustafar. Exposure to this harsh environment, no doubt explains the droid’s dilapidated appearance.

R5-Z0MB is now available at selected Disney Parks, Disney Stores and on the ShopDisney website in selected territories.
