Barnsley might not leap out as a prime Star Wars location, but UK fans need to get this pinned on their maps as The Bunker has had a refit, and it’s looking more glorious than ever. Martyn and Adam from A Long & Long Time Ago…. visited Barnsley and bring us this walk through of the shop, which is so impressive it makes At Attin look like a popsicle stand on Niamos.

The Bunker in Barnsley is the UK’s only dedicated Star Wars store, and Ben closed the doors for a few weeks to make some big changes. He gave us exclusive first access before the grand reopening.

Martyn and Adam visit TOGETHER for the first time, and they get a look at everything that’s new, from the brand new mini rig display and high-value cabinet, to a genuinely jaw-dropping AFA Q-graded Sears Cantina Adventure Set and a rare First 12 store display header (they might not stick around for long). Plus Tiger Electronics pre-production prototypes, new loose figure shelves, Lego minifigs for sale, the Bunker Swag Station and a whole lot more.

Be sure to check out part two, where they access the secret storage facility….
