Long-overdue and richly deserved, the 2025 BAFTA Scotland Awards which take oplace on 16th November will see the Outstanding Contribution to Film and Television Award go to Ewan McGregor, in recognition of over three decades of small screen (and mostly big screen) smashes and hits. In our part of the galaxy he’s best known as Obi-Wan Kenobi, but his vast CV of roles far exceeds that. Huge congratulations for this prestigeous award.
