2nd Annual Hollywood Critics Association Television Awards: Giancarlo Esposito wins TV Icon Award

Richly deserved for a career that continues to grow and grow and grow, Giancarlo Esposito – Moff Gideon from The Mandalorian and so many other iconic roles – was awarded the TV Icon Award at the 2nd Annual Hollywood Critics Association Television Awards, and not only that but he also won Best Supporting Actor in a Broadcast Network or Cable Series, Drama for another iconic role of his, Gus Fring in Better Call Saul.

It was a good night for Star Wars as Oscar Isaac won Best Actor in a Broadcast Network or Cable Limited Series, Anthology Series, or TV Movie for Scenes from a Marriage while Ming-Na Wen, nominated for Best Actress in a Streaming Series, Drama as Fennec Shand in The Book of Boba Fett missed out to Britt Lower and Laura Linney who shared the award in a tie.
