Saturday 8th March at the LA Central Library saw the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art take part in Night at the Library, a 3000 ticket sellout of ‘after-hours adventure of art and storytelling’ that gave the LMNA the chance to not only become even more a part of the LA art and literature landscape, but show the city – and beyond – what’s coming our way in 2026 when the George Lucas funded museum opens.

Click here to check out the Facebook Story from the night, and below for details of those images.

Claistofficial reporter @catoherdez talks with artist Joey Terrill (@homeboybeautiful), whose works are included in the @lucasmuseum collection, about Homeboy Beautiful, his 1979 zine that chronicled Chicano gay culture.

Claistofficial reporter @bdelossantosl and artist @narsisomartinez, whose works are also included in the @lucasmuseum collection, discuss his personal immigration story and the evolution of his art.

Thanks to everyone (all 3,000 of you!) who came out to the @lapubliclibrary Saturday night. An inspiring night of storytelling, conversation, and community.
