Just announced, runDisney is combining the Light Side and Dark Side races in 2019 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL! Traditionally, the Light Side was hosted at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA and the Dark Side in Orlando. This year, all of the Disneyland races were cancelled due to construction, but I find it curious that they are combining them for next year in Orlando. Will they no longer be doing races at Disneyland? Also curious, is that in 2017, the Dark Side race was the weekend AFTER Star Wars Celebration Orlando… We don’t know the dates for Celebration and Galaxy’s Edge opening yet, but I’d wager it’s not going to be the weekend of the races!
