ILM earn 16 nominations at the 2026 VES Awards

Amazing news in what is shaping up to be a marquee year for ILM as the iconic visual effects house have earned 16 nominations at the 24th Visual Effects Society (VES) Awards. Ten ILM projects were recognisedAndor, Avatar: Fire and Ash, Jurassic World: Rebirth, Lilo & Stitch, Severance, Sinners, Superman, The Lost Bus, Tron: Ares, and Wicked: For Good – and Andor led the charge for the GFFA with three nominations (Outstanding Visual Effects in a Photoreal Feature and Outstanding Environment in an Episodic, Commercial, Game Cinematic, or Real-Time Project for ILM, and for the SPFX team a nod for Outstanding Special (Practical) effects in a photoreal project).

The awards ceremony tales place Wednesday 25th February at the Beverley Hilton in LA, and to all ILM and GFFA nominees, the very best of luck.
