It’s in the running for numerous Academy Awards when the Oscars take place in two weeks on Sunday 2nd March at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and here ILM VFX allow us a closer look at the frankly incredible visual effects work done on John Chu’s $726.6 million grossing Wicked Part One.

Experience the Special Visual Effects of Jon M. Chu’s Wicked, and see how Industrial Light & Magic and Framestore, led by ILM’s Pablo Helman, realized 2,200 visual effects shots in total, blending them seamlessly with the film’s stunning practical sets and plate photography.
